Refund and Returns Policy
When purchasing from Gorgeous Gowns, please be sure of the style, size, colour and any other specifications before submitting your order as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
All purchases made are final and cannot be cancelled.
Returns will only be accepted if products purchased are defective with their original tags in alignment with Australian Consumer Law. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind purchases.
All products are reviewed before they are purchased or shipped as part of our quality assurance procedures. This is the standard that returns will be compared to.
Remedies we may offer for an accepted return include: product repairs or replacements, exchanges or refunds.
Sale Items
All sale Items are final and are not exchangeable or returnable. The consumer acknowledges that the discounted price reflects the quality of the product purchased, and that any defects, if any, are acknowledged as part of the discounted price and are acceptable.
